Glacier National Park, Montana
Glacier National Park is often referred to as the "Crown of the Continent". While experiencing the park first hand it is easy to understand the namesake. As I stood on the shores of Lake McDonald this particular September evening, I reflected on the previous days adventure's high in the mountains while the light dramatically changed before my eyes. As I quickly set up my camera the light changing with each click of the shutter creating a new experience. The glassy water and colorful clouds illuminated just the type of scene this visit to Glacier was missing until these final moments of my final evening photographing the Crown of the Continent.
