The Bahamas, an island nation consisting of over 700 islands and cays is a vast blue paradise in the Atlantic. Nassau on New Providence Island is as far as many travelers ever make it. This year I had the pleasure to experience these Bahamian Islands intimately aboard a beautiful catamaran conducting scientific research on the health of sea life and corals. The experience has been life changing for me! I captured this scene on my last afternoon just hours before boarding my flight, one final stare into the wild Bahamian Blue!
